Error messages in CCE 4.0.1 Reports


Summary

Four CCE Reports were released in CCE 4.0.1 that contain errors. These reports have been corrected and are available for download.

  • Split Skill
  • Split Skill (Graphical)
  • Agent Group Attendance

Symptoms

The CCE Reports will either display '#Error' in some fields or will display an error massage about date time formatting.

The updated report .rdl files are available for download below either as a self extracting executable which will place the files in the default directory where CCE Control Panel is meant to be installed, or as individual files that will need to be copied to the appropriate directory where CCE Contol Panel is not in the default location.


The self extracting executable is available here;

The zip file is available here, after which the the files need to be placed in the following directories;

Once the files are in place then the CCE Control Panel is used to deploy the reports in the normal way after ensuring that "Overwrite reports" is checked.
