Summary
Three updates have been released to address specific problems in the 3.x development stream. Esssentially these updates are changes that were made and released in CCE 4.0.1, that have now been rolled back to resolve the same issues in CCE 3.0.x
Applies To
These updates are intended to be applied to CCE 3.0.4. Applications should be updated to the latest current release for the development stream which in this case is CCE 3.0.4, and then these updates applied.
Symptoms
The following issues have been resolved for CCE Desktop and CCE Reporting
Issue 13112:
Presence Plugin - Performance improvements have been made in Presence.
Note: The columns displayed in Presence have changed. In the configuration for Presence plugin, delete the entry for Column Caption Supervisor, and Column Caption Normal and Presence plugin will automatically configure and display the correct columns.
Issue 13123:
Wallboard Plugin - When Presence clears either device or shift notifications, wallboard will generate and exception in the errorlog.
Issue 13143:
User Plugin - Wrong agent id being displayed in CCE Desktop.
Note: This issue also requires the XML Server to be updated.
Issue 13144:
Voice Plugin - Allow agent to transfer/conference to either another station or agent using the Presence functionality.
