CCE Desktop -Rules Wizard |
When using the Rules Wizard to edit an existing rule, the end result may be the new rule appended to the existing rule and the rule will not work. This problem affects only some combinations events and actions. |
The only work around at this stage is to edit the rule directly in Configuration Manager or in the .ini file for CCE Desktop. |

The RSS Feed no longer works with CCE Control Panel as a result of the upgrade to this Kowledgebase website. |
Browse to http://support.avayacce.com and select the RSS feed you would like to have displayed in CCE Control Panel, for example "Latest Known Issues", by selecting the desired RRS button and copy the URL from the browser, for example http://support.avayacce.com/LatestRss.aspx?TabID=5
In CCE Control Panel, go to the menu Tools | Options and select the Latest Support News tab and paste in the URL. Click Apply and OK. |
