what do I use to edit a .vaa file

The CCE Agent VBA files (.vaa) can only be edited by the CCE Agent application. CCE Agent contains a complete VBA Integrated Development Environment (IDE). Using the CCE Agent Administration application you will need to allow CCE Agent to be able to edit the VBA project.

Note: Do not open a shared production .vaa file for editing as this will stop agents from being able to access it. Do all development and testing on a separate file in a different directory and when ready for production copy the file to the production directory.
