My Office is using CM2 with AES Server. The AES Server already contain the TSAPI (T-server) License. I have install the T-server Win32 Client on the CCE machine and the License Server. However, when I startup the license server, it prompted me with an error "No License Server found". I will need to restart the License Server Administrator after the license Server is running."

Question

My Office is using CM2 with AES Server. The AES Server already contain the TSAPI (T-server) License.
I have install the T-server Win32 Client on the CCE machine and the License Server. However, when I startup the license server, it prompted me with an error "No License Server found". I will need to restart the License Server Administrator after the license Server is running."

Response

CCE 2.1 must be used with AES Server. CCE 2.1 provides a stand alone licensing component called License Director. This is installed on a standalone MS Windows PC. CCE 2.1 components now have a configuration items for Primary and Secondary License Directors however if a License Director is not defined the application will attempt to find a license server on the configured T-Link.

CCE 2.1 is compatable with both CM 3.0 and AES and all previous versions versions of Communication Manager as well as Definity.
