The Interaction Data server records more than just call records depending on the logging levels set in the .ini file. The Interaction Data server may record all CTI events, call summary information and call statistical information.

The following information is indicative only as the amount of information will vary per call dependant of the number of segments of the call during its lifetime. The figures below are based on database (.mdf file) growth after 3000 calls had been captured.

1) Logging Event, Call Summary and Statistics data = 5.965 kb/call

2) Logging Statistics only = 0.077 kb/call

3) Logging Call Summary only = 0.376 kb/call

4) Logging Statistics with Call Summary = 0.482 kb/call
