Are the CCE classroom training lab exercises available for download?

The classroom Implementation training lab exercises have been made available for download as these courses have been designed to step a participant through a practical implementation of Contact Center Express in the same way it would normally be implemented on site if the labs are worked through in order. The exercises have been developed for a classroom environment that has a Communication Manager and Application Enablement Server implemented and working, and an agent PC  and a server.  The agents PC is a default installation of Windows XP Professional while the server is Windows 2003 Server with Internet Information Services (IIS) installed and Microsoft SQL 2005 Express as a default instance. In the classroom training these PC's are supplied as VMWare instances.

Two files are available for download below.
- LabsCCE303.zip contains the exercises in Microsoft Word documents for use with CCE 3.0.3.
- LabsCCE40.zip contains the exercises in Microsoft Word documents for use with CCE 4.0.

The lab exercises are not supported through this forum. The  correct forum for discussing concepts and issues associated with this documentation is during the classroom training.
